TAB Construction Company is a family business proudly building homes for the Palm Beach County area for over forty years. Established in 1972 by Timothy A. Bowser, his three sons, Steven, Timothy and James, have grown the company to become one of the premier construction companies in the region. Our success is built upon the solid foundation of high-quality, customer satisfaction and reliability which has allowed us to serve a wide variety of high-end and affluent clients in our community. Some of our experience entails collaborating in the development of launch pads 39A and 39B at the Kennedy Space Center and assisting in projects for McDonnell Douglas. The TAB Construction team takes great pride in its construction work. We have been involved in developments such as Boca Raton’s St. Andrews Country Club, The Bocaire Country Club and The Boca Sailing & Racquet Club. We currently work on the Island of Palm Beach and surrounding coastal areas. As a dedicated, hard-working and skilled team, we promise our customers the best experience possible when building or renovating their dream home.

ABOUT

TIMOTHY

The Great Man Behind It All.

Tim started in the construction business doing sidewalks and flat work in his early years. Then, started a concrete company specializing in residential slab work. Later, he decided to become a shell contractor developing the super-structure for hundreds of homes in the Broward and Palm Beach counties. Since obtaining his general contractors license, he has been building homes & commercial properties for 40 years.

STEVEN

The Artist.

Steven, the eldest of his three brothers, started as a rough carpenter and grew his skillset and talent to become one of South Florida’s leading finish carpenters. He works in homes on Jupiter Island, the Island of Palm Beach & Hypoluxo Island just to name a few. He continues to hone his craft daily.

TIM JR.

The Right-Hand Man.

Tim Jr. joined his brother Steven and team of over sixty carpenters doing shell work for his father. He worked his way up to become a superintendent at TAB construction company and his father’s right-hand man.

JAMES

The Legacy.

Jay has followed in his father's footsteps. He became a licensed general contractor building many homes in the region. Jay prides himself on his impeccable level of customer service. He is always available to answer whatever question any of his customers may have. He is currently the Vice President of TAB Construction Company.
